Calculating Interval Data for Specific Dates and Times.

Hello,

I'm looking for a little formula assistance in calculating some interval data for each date listed, as well group them by interval times of 30 min. My data point comes in like this 5/29/2020 4:22:00 AM, and don't have a way for that data to come in any differently based on the platform restrictions.

In a perfect world, I'd like to be able to have it look in column A, identify the date, and calculate how many times fall in a specific interval, i.e. 4:00-4:30

I've attached a sample spreadsheet with the data, and how I'd like it look. In the workbook, sheet one has the data that is downloaded, and sheet 2 is how I'd like it to look. I'm a noob at posting to this site, so if you need any additional information, please let me know. Thanks for the help!

Not sure if I understood correctly, but maybe: =COUNTIFS(Sheet1!$A:$A,">="&(B$2+$A3),Sheet1!$A:$A,"<="&(B$2+$A4))
