Highlighting overdue payments if date paid blank

Hi

I am trying to set some conditional formatting but failing miserably. I have attached the very basic sheet I am trying to develop - feel free to mock, I'm still learning

I want column P (date paid) to fill the cell as below dependent on column N (date invoiced) as follows:
If column N has no date and it is +30 days since the date in column P - fill cell red
If column N has no date and it is +15 days since the date in column P - fill cell orange
If column N has data (date added) - fill cell green

If column O is anything other than 'invoice' then column N and P can read 'N/A' but I think this is something seperate and I can put it in manually.

Any help gratefully appreciated Thanks in advance

=AND(TODAY()-P2>=30,$N2="")
