Cant link ~Sequence, RandArray and Xlookup together

Hi

I have generated a list of random numbers 1 to 20 using the Sequence and RandArray functions so when I press F9 the list randomises again and again. Once I have the list of numbers I want to lookup a list of names and to link them to random numbers generated to show a name next to them.

I am not sure how many functions you can use together, is what I want possible ?

If so can you help with the formula?
