Count if formula to calculate tshirt size & quanity

Hi I am trying to create a summary page that calculates 10 different tshirt types and sizes.

Here is an example. These are individual orders I want to summarize how many i need of each type and size. I'm not sure what I'm missing in my count if formula or if I should be using something different

Type Size Quantity
Husband T-shirt Size:Large 1
Wife T-shirt Size:2XL 1
Mother T-shirt Size:Medium 1
Father T-shirt Size:2XL 1
Grandparent T-shirt Size:XL 1
Husband T-shirt Size:XL 1
Grandparent T-Shirt Size:Large 1
Husband T-shirt Size:2XL 1
Sister T-shirt Size:Medium 1
Brother T-shirt Size:Medium 2

I know a pivot table would work better for this but I'm creating this for someone else and pivot table they don't understand and want to use the template again.

why dont you upload your file?
Cant check what you're doing wrong if you copy it to message log. In excel - enough that you have extra space where it shouldnt be - the formula will fail.
