    Highlight duplicates across 2 sheets

    Hello,
    I need to perform a conditional format
    I need cell "INPUT A3" to check the cells on a different sheet "Call offs A3:A30"
    If it finds a duplicate in the sheet "call offs A3:A30" I need the cell in INPUT A3 to change color
    I have tried many different ways but none are working for me.
