    XIRR Non Contiguous Data

    Hello,

    In the attached file I am trying to calculate an XIRR based on the values highlighted in yellow (rows 19 and 39) and the dates shown in rows 2 and 22. Let's assume XIRR calc is in cell "O39".

    Any help is appreciated.
