counting multiple conditions

Hi.

Im trying to create a formula so i can count multiple events.

Currently for 2 conditions i am using the countifs formula.

However, for more than 2 it doesnt seem to be working.

I have atatched an example. Using my example, how can i create a formula, that counts how many times in my table both AC (in shop), 1 (in apples) and 1 (in oranges) all happen in one row?
