conditional formatting not representing proper percentages

    conditional formatting not representing proper percentages

    in the example i have shown conditional formatting, but it seems there is something wrong with conditional formatting, could anyone bring some light on it please.
    column G & H are not representing as proper conditional formatting by percentages. if we see row 4 showing green and yellow icon but this is not fulfilling the condition

    We would very much like to help you with your query, however the thread title does not really convey what your request is about. Tell us what you are trying to do, not how you think it should be done.

    You are misunderstanding the icon sets conditional formatting
    The icon set are setting for the whole range G4:H24, and value >=67% (of overall range)set as blue , means if cell G4 value is equal or greater of: MIN of range + 0.67*(MAX of range - MIN of range)
    In your sample, set value as >=0.67 and >=0.33 and Type is number and it should works.
