API formula error

Trying to use the formula below to generate QR codes but it says the formula is wrong (copied from another site)
can anyone tell me what's wrong with it? If just take the web address and paste it to browser all works.

ArrayFormula is not an Excel function - is this a Google Sheets query?

Thanks Ali, I just assumed it was Excel. That'll be the reason then.

This code was from the same page and doesn't work either =IMAGE("https://api.qrserver.com/v1/create-qr-code/?size=150x150&data="&A9)
back to the drawing board then.

Ali, I have managed to get a solution so am attaching it here hoping it can help someone else.
Now I just need workout how to reduce the quiet zone. lol
