    Help with inspection spreadsheet and conditional formatting

    I'm struggling to create an inspection spreadsheet where the inspected value turns green if it is in tolerance, and red if it falls out. I came across a post from this forum from many years ago that contained exactly what i am looking for, but some of the cells are misbehaving. I've changed numbers and tolerances to meet what i'm looking for, and column G performs perfectly. Once i move over to H, I, J and K, it refuses to act in the same manner as G. I've tried clearing the cells, copying G10 and dragging it to K10, but it doesn't work right. Perhaps my Excel knowledge is not as good as it needs to be for this. Can anyone help?

    Try changing the conditional formatting formula to:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
    =NOT(AND(G10<=($B10+$E10),G10>=($B10-$F10)))
