Ranking, Top 10 Best Cricket Bowling Figures

Hello.

I need to rank/sort for Top 10 Best Bowling Figures, from a list of 15, for cricket using formulas not VBA. Column C contains the wickets and runs given which is what I need to sort pulling the position and name at the same time to end up in final columns Col E, F, G. ("5-50" represents "wickets-runs")

In the sheet attached I would need the highest number before the "-" at the top, but then the lowest number after the "-", (lowest runs given), displayed with it at the top also.
