Can you show me about 4 of your tables and where the employee ID is in each? Maybe a quick VBA on your data and then remove the VBA might work. Also some sort of FlashFill may also do the trick without VBA.
Call the employee "Name1", "Name2", etc and attach a sample with a short column(s) or row(s) of what you have. I need to see how you have these arranged on your sheet.
