Ranking scores in top and bottom 10 with duplicate values

I want to present the bottom 10 and top 10 performers of a scoring chart. The problem i face is that i have multiple perfromers with the same score. So i cannot look the 2nd performer with the same score up.

but i want to show the score and the member that scored the points
