Sum based on unique rows

Hello everybody,

I have many data in excel that contains duplicate items in "Code" and "Type" columns, now, I need to compute sum of "Insurance Price" column based on unique items in "Code" and "Type", also I know that it's possible to do with pivot table or another tools, but it should be done with excel formulas, so that, first of all the function list unique items of data, then compute sum of price. Does someone have any ideas to do it?
