Adjoin date & text to create unique identifier

Hello,

Please see attached file. I need to figure out how to create a unique identifier for invoicing taking two different cells and adjoining them. One cell is a date so the slashes need to be extracted.

Date number for 03/31/2020 is 43921. You still get a unique identifier if you use =CONCATENATE(B3,B4) to give 43921Harris1. Your original ask would have required an extra number when you reached October as in 10/15/2020 for instance making the number of characters in the unique number a bit messy.

We went with this.. =TEXT(B3,"mmddyy")&B4
