Linked Cell Color Change

Using conditional formatting, you can change the color of the entire cell via formula and such. You cannot do partial formatting of a cell that is being controlled by formulas or conditional formatting.

The only way to do partial coloring is then there is nothing in the cell but flat text and the partial coloring is applied by hand or by specially coded VBA.
