IF Function between 2 sheets with multiple results and formatting - Data export

Hi

I have a report built in a BI app and I am exporting Data from it to excel.

When the Data is exported I would values in some Cells to appear slightly different.

My thoughts being that I create a new tab in the same workbook that pulls all Data from the exported excel sheet and displays it exactly the same apart from where I have highlighted the changes I need.

I have attached a document that will hopefully explain better.
