overtime hours calculation

Hello Experts,

i need to calculate overtime hours, however, i am facing difficulties.

What i need is the following:

Total Working hours
Total Working days
overtime hours, all days in a week except Friday, if he works more than 9 hours, over 9 hours will be considered overtime.

if labour is working on FRIDAYS, Friday hours will be considered overtime hours as Friday is a holiday. as Fridays are coming on different cells as you change the month. that is the problem.
