INDEX-MATCH with Multiple Row Criteria?

I'm trying to run an INDEX-MATCH-MATCH to pull store sales by month but my months and store accounts are in rows, not columns (see attached sample) and as far as I understand, one MATCH relates to rows and the other to columns. I'm ideally trying to do an INDEX(value, MATCH(row criteria #1, MATCH(row criteria #2. Please advise.

The real data has over 10K rows, so I'm looking for a formula where I can plug-and-play in 5 minutes (I'll have to be doing this regularly).
