Excel Index Match while switching between tables

Dear Excel guru's,

I have been having an issue with trying to retreive data from multiple tables in excel using Index & Match.

Basically I have tables called January, February, March, etc. I'm trying to achieve that once I enter January in D9 for example, an index/match function retrieves data from the January table, and when its Febuary it retreives it from the February table.

So far I have tried changing the function to =INDEX(""&D9&""[Salary];MATCH(D10;""&D9""[Name];0)), and several other things, but so far I have been unsuccesfull at this. I have added a sample file to the attachments of this post.

I would really appreciate it if someone here would know a solution to my problem and could help me out.
