Need to pull data from one column, when no new data is present in another.

    Need to pull data from one column, when no new data is present in another.

    Hello! Hope everyone is staying safe and coronavirus free.

    When data is generated in O4, I need p4 to be blank, but starting the next day I need P5 to show the value from O4. This data should be the same for P6 or until a new value is generated in column O.

    Please help point me in the right direction. I have attached a file that clearly shows what I have vs. what I am seeking.
