Create a Dynamic Dependent drop-down list with unique value

Hi,

I facing an issue to create a Dynamic Dependent drop-down list with unique value.

I have a data table with 3 columns, Country, City, and Process. This table is dynamic ie we can keep on adding new data below.
In another section, the user has another input table where they can select the Country name from a drop-down (unique list), based upon the Country name selection, in the next column the user can select the City name (unique list) based upon cities listed in the Data table against that country. And in the third column based upon the City list, the user can select the Process available in that City. The input data set is row-wise.

I am attaching a sample Excel file with the Data table and input section.

It will be great if anyone can help me to crack this.
