Combine text from two cells into a working hyperlink

Hi all.

I'm looking for a solution on the following challenge.
In my work I sometimes need to collect documentation on various products. There is one particullar web site I use for that and the look up address for documentation is fairly simple, as the only thing that changes is the product number.
I have attached an Excel workbook for reference.

So, if the product number is 8063060, the look up address will be like the one in cell D7 in the attached example workbook
In my Excel workbook I import the numbers from other systems and put them in one row, then I want one cell (on each row with product numbers) to add the product number after the = as per cell C3, C4 and C7 in the attached workbook. I have managed to have this done, but I'm not getting a clickable link (see the example workbook). Any one up for a challenge to help me out?
