Looking for formula to look into table A2:B21 and extract the values in B2:B21 into E2:E74. Array or non-array formula welcome. Non-array formula preferred (without CTRL + ALT + ENTER). See attached sample file.

hemesh: Formula not working as desired. It is summing values that occur multiple times (twice or more). It is returning 2 in such cases instead of the actual number. A non-array is preferred. Thanks.

Phuocam: Not sure why it is not extracting some values correctly on my end. A non-array will be preferred to reduce processing time on Excel. Thanks.

Neither hemesh's nor Phuocam's formula requires array entering.
Both of the formulas return the same values as those in column E highlighted in green.
