Need some guidance with a search and if/then forumla

So what I am trying to do is search the "D" column using a bar-code scanner. What I want the end result to be is this; use cell G13 as a search box, IF it matches anything in the "D" column paste the corresponding "A" row to "G15" and the corresponding "E" row into "G16". I am attaching files to show progression of what exactly I am trying to do. (I have tried several variants but can't seem to get the right combination to do all 3 things)

Any help will be much appreciated.

(Also the workbook I am working on is roughly 51000 rows so it's cut so it's much easier to manage)
