Check if raise increase is in the 3% targeted increase

    Good morning.

I am trying to get a formula to show me if a Raise increase is in the 3% targeted increase. Based on performance, managers can give less/more of an increase percentage. I am basically wanting to know if Column J is at 3%, under or over.

    Thank you.

This formula will return TRUE if the raise percentage is over the target raise percentage, FALSE otherwise. Start in row 2 and copy down.

Thank you. I had not noticed that. I will definitely keep this in mind.
