    Straight line YTD depreciation using posting and reporting dates

    Good day

    I need assistance in calculating YTD depreciation (R9) using the following factors:

    * Posting date (C9)
    * Useful life (I9)
    * Closing balance (N9) - Total cost of item
    * Date of report (E5)

    The first month the item will have 0 depreciation, and if possible, could depreciation stop calculating when the Net Book Value reaches 0.

    Your assistance will be much appreciated.

    Thank you
    Bianca
