Adding IS BLANK criteria to formula

I desperately need some help with a formula.

=MAINDATA!S2, S3, S4, etc. brings the values from the MAINDATA worksheet into my NEW worksheet. However, if S2 is blank, then I would like for the cell in the NEW worksheet to be blank.

Can someone help with how this formula should be written?
