Bring Title into three sheets the same time baced on Duplecate numbers

Hi,


I have 3 months and 6 projects in table =sheet: main


and 3 sheets: Jan - Feb - Mar and them the same

Data in Jan is 7 Days and 14 Numbers, and any of the days and numbers consist of 4 titles and 6 projects.
I need the only title 1 (in the All of sheets and days or numbers)

Output expected are the projects which set in the sheet main table based on numbers

some of the numbers are duplicate, too

Please, without vb & power quarry
