Three Way Data Table with Values of Different sizes?

Hi!

I am trying to make a data table that looks at loan amounts ranging from the hundred thousands to the millions. I know how to make a data table when all of the loan amounts are in the hundred thousands, but when some are in the hundred thousands and some are in the millions, I don't know how to make the =RIGHT formula account for both and know when to switch from 7 characters to 9. I've attached a workbook sample. Any suggestions?
