Pick a drop down menu depending on another drop down menu

Hi, I've attached an example of the file I'm working on - I want the drop down menu in B2 switch to entries in column F or G depending on an entry in B1 respectively. How can I set it up?

I've defined two name ranges. Position_1 and Position_2

=INDIRECT(SUBSTITUTE(B1," ","_"))
