I don't understand. Do you mean you have 2 COLUMNS in the heading? Can you show a before and after (expected results) example?
mi2slick, please review the forum rules and adjust your post title per rule #1 to something more descriptive of your problem. Excel help is not an appropriate title.
Thanks.

Administrative Note:
Welcome to the forum.
We would very much like to help you with your query, however the thread title does not really convey what your request is about.
Please take a moment to amend your thread title. Make sure that the title properly explains your request. Your title should be explicit and not be generic (this includes function names used without an indication of what you are trying to achieve).
Please see Forum Rule #1 about proper thread titles and adjust accordingly. To edit the thread title, open the original post to edit and then click on Go Advanced (bottom right) to access the area where you can edit your title.
(Note: this change is not optional. No help to be offered until this moderation request has been fulfilled.)
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

We are waiting for you to update the title of the opening post in this thread. The title is far too bland and generic: it needs to tell us what you are trying to do.

please confirm if Excel Spreadsheet function Help is sufficient for title?

No, it is not sufficient. It does not do what I asked: the title needs to tell us what you are trying to do. What is it that you want to achieve?
Try this: "How to split multiple rows within a cell to multiple cells".
Thanks - that's fine now. Please take much greater care over your thread titles in future.
The attachment does not appear to show anything that relates to what you are describing.
have columns ABC wants to take Row 1 and merge over the 3 columns and split that cell
All I see in your workbook is this:
Excel 365 (Windows) 32 bit
C D 3 Initials 4 Out In
Sheet: Sheet1
I have no idea what you are trying to achieve - sorry.
Just a guess - look at the attached where I have recreated what I see in the image you posted using cell formatting. It's the only way you can do that - cells cannot be split.
