Fixing an axis error

Dear all,


I am facing a peculiar problem. If you open the attached file, you will see 3 worksheets.

The first one is a reference once in which raw data (column B and C) values go till 80 and then back to 19.

If I change that to raw data with values going to 66 and back to 19 (as shown in 'To change' sheet), the x-axis do not show proper value.
It should start from 19 but it is not the case.

I checked this by taking the data into the sheet 'Like this' and it showed correctly.

I do not know why it is not automatically putting the correct graph.
