Count values based other non-blank rows

hi i new to excel and this forum.

have a file where i have to count the non blank values in column B until there is a value in column A. the file is somewhat like this
Column1 Column2 Column3-Expected Result
Value Value 5
Value
Value
Value
Value
Value Value 2
Value
Value Value 1
Value Value 2
Value

May be you can get this trough an array formula

For array formulas, press Ctrl+Shift+Enter.

When you press Ctrl+Shift+Enter, Excel automatically inserts the formula between { } (a pair of opening and closing braces).

But the cell with the last non-blank cell in column A returns an error (i guess bcoz, there are no more non-blank cells beneath it).
