Generate Cycle Count Using Existing Spreadsheet?

Our operating system automatically updates and creates a new inventory list using Excel daily. How do I use this existing spreadsheet to generate a cycle count? I would prefer if it could pull random item numbers but can work around that.

Can you upload a file (using the directions in the yellow banner at the top of the page)? I think more info will be needed to give you a good answer.

Addition info may need, what is a daily filename, if it's fixed (like DailyExport.xlsx) it may be easier to use with direct link to file.
But if it's vary depend on date (like Export20191120.xlsx) it might more difficult (for me >_<).
