Hi Team,

I would require your help in solving my query.

I have attached an excel sheet containing the details of Employees and number of Training.

I would like to use a formula or conditional formatting to highlight the Employee cell in Green, if he/she has completed all four training like in the case of Employee 2 and 7 and 14.

I've incorporated the following conditional format formula into the attached.

=COUNTIF($C4:$F4,"Yes")=4

Try, select B4:B18 --> Conditional formating --> use a formula --> the rule description
