Formula to activate remaining days by start date, but driven by end date as well so target

Hello,

I created a formula on the Remaining work days that reflect start date and due date minus Sundays. My issue is that i want that remaining days number to start subtracting once the start date is equal to today(). Im looking for a formula that can help me drive remaining days by due date, but start subtracting once the start date meets =today()

Under moment column, the start date is 11/8, but the remaining days is not subtracting. I attached an example of the formula in use. I need to find a way to tie in the =today() so the start date can make the remaining days start subtracting. The goal is the the daily targets are driven by due date so each station knows what to do daily. I can try attaching the actual schedule if needed.
