    Formula to Auto-populate Date

    Hello Everyone,
As you can see I have placed a formula in column O that has a target completion date of 90 days or 110 days from the date entered in Column H depending on the selection in Column I. However, when no date is entered in Column H, Column O has a default date of "19-Apr-00" signifying 110 days from Jan 1st, 2000. How do I make it so Column O is blank if no date has been entered in Column H?

    Thank you for the help!
