Conditional Formatting Timesheet

Hello Guys,

I have tried various methods from Google but no luck yet.

I am trying to highlight all the days in the April Time sheet that an employee will be on annual leave , the dates are mentioned in Column A and Column B of the Sheet "Leave Record Sheet".

Select the data range you wish to conditionally format , and enter the following formula in the CF dialog box :
