    Try this:

    =INDEX(Kms!$B$3:$D$5,MATCH(Loaded!A3,Kms!$A$3:$A$5,0),MATCH(Loaded!B3,Kms!$B$2:$D$2,0))=C3

    Thank you, it works.

    Is there a tweak in the formula, where I can bring back the digits from the table, so as to do a variance check

    To get the numeric value omit the "=C3" from either of the formulas.
    i.e. =INDEX(Kms!$B$3:$D$5,MATCH(Loaded!A3,Kms!$A$3:$A$5,0),MATCH(Loaded!B3,Kms!$B$2:$D$2,0))
    Or =SUMPRODUCT(--(A3=Kms!$A$3:$A$5)*(--(Loaded!B3=Kms!$B$2:$D$2)),Kms!$B$3:$D$5)
