    Thank you for your response. As you see, the Aug-19 is highlighted red suggesting that a year has lapsed.

    It worked, thank you! I have two more queries sorry:

    - How do I highlight upcoming dates / say if someone's expiry is coming in 60 days?
    - How do I copy one formula across for several columns?
