Help!! Ive got 10 different columns from F to Z that have students name. I'm trying to highlight all the names blue that match any of the names in Column AI.

I see you already have a CF rule there, so you are familiar with hot to apply iy.

1. Highlight the entire range
2. Use New Rule/Use Formula
3. =MATCH(F2,$AI$2:$AI$32,0)
format fill as required
