LINE B11 = TOTAL DISCOUNT 270,000.00 5,400.00 19,285.71 To get the TOTAL DISC = B6*B10
LINE B12 = NET LIST PRICE 5,130,000.00 102,600.00 366,428.57 To get the NET PRICE = B6-B11
LINE B13 =12% VAT 615,600.00 12,312.00 43,971.43 For VAT I used this =IF(B12>3199999,B12*0.12,0)
LINE B14 = TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE 5,745,600.00 114,912.00 410,400.00 To get the TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE = B12+B13
LINE B15 = 6.5% OTHER CHARGES 333,450.00 6,669.00 23,817.86 To get OTHER CHARGES = B12 * 6.5%
TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE 6,079,050.00 121,581.00 434,217.86 To get AMOUNT PAYABLE = B14 + B15
