Split wordings to different column with a specific format

Dear all,

I want to split one column with wordings more than 60 words to two or more separate column. I try to use LEFT, RIGHT, LEN function to do that but the result is not good because it has a possibility to cut a complete words to different column (Column E and F). Is it possible to generate the result just like Column C and D so it can have a better presentation? There would be a space between two words in the format (Column A). Attached excel for your working. Thanks!
