    is countif the correct formulato use?

    I need help please I need a formula for the following if posable this is my data

    HS14RMGP 68298 JHB 3 12R22,5 DUNLOP SP431 N 680 720 5,9
    HS14RMGP 68298 JHB 4 12R22,5 DUNLOP SP431 N 680 720 5,9

    I neet count the last colum (5.9) but based on the 4th coulum per duplucated number (3 & 4)

    is this posable ?
