Unique Sorted List(s) based on certain criteria

Hello everyone,

I'm not even sure if this is something that is even possible, but I am trying to set up two dynamic lists in this tab. For a specific cost center, it is going to list all of its ledger accounts in one column and all suppliers in another column. An example is attached to this post. It's been giving me a headache.

Thoughts?

Just to provide clarity, I want to be able to pull the ledger account data INTO that table and the Supplier work tag data INTO that table. The summary shows the desired outcome (ideally).
