I wish to disable sort warning

I wish to disable the sort warning because I regularly sort alphabetically just 10 cells and it always behaves as if I am doing something wrong. This problem only started recently. I have been doing the same thing for years with no problem. Now that I am on Sierra MacBook Air excel version 14 every time I try to sort alphabetically a column (of songs or people's names) I get a sort warning, with the annoying noise and I have to press "continue with the current selection" because it is by default set on "expand the selection".

In one sitting sometimes I will alphabetically need to sort a list 10 times in an hour so you can imagine how annoying this little moment is, particularly since I have been doing it for years by just highlighting the text and pressing A-Z sort button in one go

Driving me nuts, please help.

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

The document is 46 pages long. I dont have time to desensitise the work and dont know how to just send you one work sheet. Please can you explain how to do what you ask?
Or can I just send a screenshot of before and after this would be much easier because then you can see the warning too.

Please can you tell me how to share a worksheet? I only can see how to save a workbook and I dont wish to share all 46 pages of my workbook if that's ok because it would mean desensitising 46 pages

Ok so I have created a mockup before when the list of names is random. People email me 5 times in one day at times to say they are attending or not and so the list changes by the hour which is why i am tired of getting the new popup error with the warning noise - which I never got with the old excel - every time i try to sort alphabetically each updated list.
Mock up before - shows the list of names a mess entered simply as the calls come in.
Mock up after - shows the name sorted and numbered so I can see at a quick glance how many people are coming in one hit and can look someone up when there are 60 on the list
