    Blank cell condition in formula

    I have a formula working, but if K3 has a date in it and j3 is blank I get the serial of the date I want a blank in the cell

    =IF(K3="",IF(J3<>"",IF(AND(DATEDIF(J3,TODAY(),"d")>=7,K3=""),"Chase Up",""),""),DATEDIF(J3,K3,"d"))
