Generate non-repeating random Double-Digit numbers

Well, I think I may have solved it myself, two different ways. See attached.
1) I put in a list of Static Values for the range, and put in a column of RAND() numbers. If I sort by my random numbers I get a random list of my range numbers.
2) Using Anastasiya Romanova's comment at https://www.excelcampus.com/tips/lis...no-duplicates/
I use my RAND() list and an Index/Match combo to generate the sequence numbers. Easy pizzi.

Any other ways to do this, maybe without using the RAND() column?
