Index & Match unable place to correct row & display only 1st row for same value

Hi All,

I have a complex lookup where INDEX & MATCH returns only the location but i want are the followings:
1. to match & returns to the correct row
2. able to identify the next row should value are same. INDEX & MATCH only point to the 1st row for match numbers when same value are also in the subsequent row.

what i want to do:
column F to match with column H & to place in column G
what im doing now is to manually move value from column K to column G

column J is INDEX where i could see the location column F & column K is INDEX & MATCH for the value


Any help is greatly appreciated.
